Julianna Crowder Pilates & Bodywork, bridging the gap between movement, recovery, and self-awareness—helping you feel stronger, more aligned, and more at home in your body.

Hello! I'm Julianna Crowder, a Nationally Certified Pilates Teacher (NCPT) NPCP #N33560 and bodyworker with over 30 years of experience in movement education, wellness, and community leadership. Currently enrolled in the Club Pilates Master Trainer Program, I blend classical Pilates foundations with contemporary, evidence-informed approaches to support real bodies and real life.

My work integrates specialized training in Scolio-Pilates, BALLance Method, MELT Method, SmartSpine, Restore Your Core, and neurosensory-based movement. I am known by my clients for my intuitive teaching style—combining anatomical insight with in-the-moment cueing to create sessions that are both effective and deeply personalized.
I have worked with a wide range of clients, from those seeking general strength and balance to individuals navigating complex conditions, chronic pain, or post-rehabilitation needs.

Find efficient, supported movement patterns.
Whether you’re in a group class or a private session, the goal is the same: to help you move with more ease, less tension, and greater confidence. I teach with deep respect for the Pilates method and the structure it provides |
Reconnect to your body's signals.
Even in dynamic or fusion-style classes, the goal is never to rush or overcomplicate-- it’s to stay connected to the purpose of the movement. |

My style of teaching is very intuitive to the bodies in my presence. My students say "she has this weird way of knowing exactly what I am feeling in my body and always says just the right cue to help me through the exercise".

The Experience
Why My Pilates Classes Feel Different?
My classes are designed to go beyond movement. While I absolutely focus on proper form, progression, and honoring the Pilates method, I place equal importance on how the experience feels in your body. Because real change doesn’t just come from doing the exercise—it comes from how your body receives it.
Each session is intentionally designed to help you:
You won’t just “get through” a workout—you’ll feel the difference when you leave.
