My Journey: A Mind-Body Approach

Looking back, what once seemed like three very different careers has revealed itself to be one continuous path.

As a dance studio owner, I helped students develop confidence, discipline, body awareness, and self-expression through movement. As a firearms instructor, I taught focus, breath control, precision, and the ability to remain calm under pressure. Today, as a Pilates instructor and bodyworker, I guide clients toward strength, balance, resilience, and a deeper connection with their bodies.

While the settings have changed, the mission has remained remarkably consistent: helping people develop greater awareness, confidence, and control—both physically and mentally.

Whether teaching a dancer to move with grace, a shooter to perform with precision, or a Pilates client to move with greater ease, I have always been fascinated by the connection between the mind and body. Breath, focus, alignment, and intentional movement are the common threads that weave through every chapter of my career.
Today, my work brings these experiences together. Drawing from decades of teaching, coaching, and movement education, I help individuals improve mobility, build functional strength, recover from injury, enhance athletic performance, and reconnect with their bodies.
Movement is more than exercise. It is a pathway to awareness, confidence, and lifelong wellness.
